1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lengua Press website at lenguapress.com and all related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Lumospark LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lengua Press is a platform that generates custom language learning books on demand. Users select a target language, proficiency level (based on the Common European Framework of Reference, or CEFR), literary genre, and regional setting. Our Service then uses artificial intelligence to generate a professionally formatted PDF book tailored to those selections.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All books generated through the Service are created using artificial intelligence. They are not written by human authors. While we strive for high quality and educational value, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or imperfections in grammar, vocabulary, cultural references, or narrative coherence.

The Service is intended as a supplementary language learning resource and should not be considered a substitute for formal language instruction, certified educational materials, or guidance from a qualified language teacher. We do not guarantee the pedagogical accuracy or completeness of any generated content.

4. Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may sign in using a third-party authentication provider or an email-based sign-in method. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Pricing and Payments

We offer the following purchasing options:

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card or payment card information on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes to subscriptions will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we will provide reasonable notice before such changes take effect.

6. Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your remaining book credits until that date.

Unused book credits do not roll over from one billing period to the next.

For single book purchases, refunds may be issued at our discretion if the generated book is substantially defective (e.g., the PDF fails to render or the content is in the wrong language). Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@lenguapress.com.

For subscriptions, we do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using your credits, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a credit toward a future billing period.

7. Ownership and License

When you purchase or generate a book through the Service, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, read, and store the generated book for your own personal and educational purposes. You may print copies for your own use.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit generated books, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. This includes but is not limited to selling printed copies, distributing digital copies for payment, or incorporating generated content into commercial products or services.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Commercially resell or redistribute generated content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our generation systems or prompts
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
• Use automated systems (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access the Service
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Lengua Press name, logo, website design, and all underlying technology, including but not limited to our generation pipeline, prompts, formatting templates, and software, are the intellectual property of Lumospark LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control, including third-party service outages. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service downtime.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for functionality including, but not limited to, payment processing, authentication, content generation, cloud storage, and email delivery. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Your use of the Service may be subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumospark LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific learning objectives.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lumospark LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
